Simon Says Stamp is participating in the Member Company Love Fest on Splitcoaststampers and we’re launching our Die Crazy Challenge today with projects from the Wednesday Challenge design team!
To create the background on my card, I used sponge daubers to sponge a rainbow of distress inks on the most gorgeous Doily Stencil by Tim Holtz. Then I die cut some hearts from the Tic Tac Toe Hearts, a Simon exclusive, and stamped a masked sentiment from Filled With Love, a joint Mama Elephant/Simon Says Stamp exclusive. I used the same stamp set for the tag, die cut from the set’s coordinating dies, and the main sentiment.
All of the coloured cardstock – Lipstick Red, Orange Peel, Sunshine, Island Blue and Black – is by Simon Says Stamp. The colours are bright and super saturated which I love! The neon cord is by Hemptique and the ends were stiffened with Ranger Multi Medium to hold their curve.
There are daily challenges with lots of prizes. Simon Says Stamp will be giving away two $25 vouchers, one for entering our challenge and one for an entrant who participates in every challenge throughout the event. The deadline for uploads is March 3, 2014. Be sure to use keyword LOVEFEST2014I when uploading to the Splitcoast Forum.
Looking forward to seeing you all play along in our challenge!
