Kim shared this card in the Paper Smooches newsletter earlier this week. It features both the new Dog Icons and Borders 2 dies. I paired them up with the boy from Enchanted Elves, the dachshund from Woofers & Tweeters, snowflakes from Fresh Snow and a Borders 1 die. Phew! This is definitely one of my busier cards. I die cut the dog house from Echo Park’s All About A Boy paper pad and the bones from the wood paper in Studio Calico’s Blue Note Card Kit. The bones were tucked in behind the box by cutting slits on either side and sliding them through to hold them in place. I stamped the snowflakes with a glue pad and glitter. Then I added some Wink of Stella to all the red bits for extra glitz. You can click on the photo below for a closer look.
After today, I’ll have written and mailed all my holiday cards. After 75 of them, my hand is ready to fall off. LOL How ’bout you? Are you done and ready to relax for the rest of the holiday season? 😉
Thanks for stopping by today!

Ready to relax for the holiday season… how funny you are. 😀
This is so cute, Em! I love how the puppy is half-buried in the snow — so true to life. 😉
How adorable..love the scene and the snow! We actually got some for once! I am still trying to get a good pic of the kids to make a photo card…so you are WAY ahead of me!
That card is utterly adorable. Love the scene and sentiment. You win! I think you are the only crafter who has finished mailing out Xmas cards.
Do you begin in July? What's your secret?
