Jen is sharing this card on the Newton’s Nook Blog today. It features the ghostly kitty from Boo Crew. I paper pieced the cat and created a black ‘rug’ for her using patterned papers from Webster’s Pages Once Upon a Halloween paper pad and stitched rectangle dies from Lil’ Inker Designs. It’s hard to see behind the cute little bow but I shaded in the insides of the ears with Copic markers. The card base is dry embossed with cobwebs and the sentiment was heat embossed.
Unfortunately, this is my last month on the Newton’s Nook Design Team. I would’ve loved to stay on with this great team but I’m leaving to pursue other opportunities. It was an honour helping Jen launch her new company and I know I’ll be seeing these cute stamps all over blogland!
