Today the Paper Smooches design team is stamping with a generous donation from Tsukineko. We are using their new Luxe inks. ONE winner will be chosen from one of the design team blogs to receive an amazing prize package. The prize consists of 2 Tsukineko Luxe inks, 2 Tsukineko Memento inks, 1 Tsukineko Versamark ink cube and ALL 4 new stamps sets that release on September 1st. Definitely something to play for! You won’t know which blog has the prize, so you will want to comment on all of the DT blogs if you can.

I had already heard rave reviews about the Tsukineko Luxe inks before I got to try them and they didn’t disappoint! These are now officially my favourite inks. They are aptly named as they are absolutely luxurious to stamp with!

To make my card, I die cut the Shopping Bag die from kraft cardstock and stamped a background of flowers using the Calico stamp set. The inks look amazing on their own, as well as layered on top of each other.

To create the sentiment, I used the Numbers and Alphawhimsy dies. Then I tied a silk ribbon around the Shopping Bag and adhered it to the card base which was dry embossed with the largest Scallop Frames die.
