At the start of Papertrey Ink‘s fourth anniversary celebrations, Nichole Heady introduced Make It Mondays which included an inspirational video tutorial by Erin Lincoln. She inspired us to make a card using repeating sentiments and here’s mine. I started by stamping a sentiment from Enjoy the Ride at the very bottom of the card base and cut out the olive and white mats. I stamped the flourish followed by sentiments from Masculine Motifs and Birthday Basics along the curves. Then I die cut the car, inked it and cut out the window. I mapped out where the stars would show through the window, stamped them and popped the car on with dimensionals.

Have you already played along or do you plan to? You have until Monday, February 14th to enter for a chance to win a $250 gift certificate!

  2. OMG Emily! Seriously, you need an award for this card! This is so, so awesome, cute, beautiful, creative….! Wow! I really love how you combined all those different elements together to produce this absolute stunner!

  3. I'll just nod and agree with everything said so far. 😛 The colours, the clean design… and that you would think to add those little stars! Fab. ☺

  4. This is gorgeous, Emily!!! Love the colors you used and the way you put the sentiments in the swirl after the car, so perfect!!! I didn't join in for the challenge, 'cause I was on vacation in Portugal, but I'm happy you did join and I do hope you win, this is such a perfect card!!!
