Welcome to Pink Cat Studio‘s first digi release of 2011! After a month-long break, cuteness is back with a vengeance! There’s a something for everyone today and my little something is a squirrel because I’ve never been known to resist a squirrel. 😉 I made twin cards for my husband and son and I think they will be delighted with their matching squirrel cards!

I paired the Valentine Squirrel with the Hearts Branch, coloured them in with Copics, glossed up the eyes with Crystal Effects and cut, cut, cut. Then I hung sweet sentiments from Lily & Billy Sweethearts on the branch with twine from The Twinery. I popped everything on a woodgrain impressed circle layered on a Labels Eight shaped card.

Thanks for stopping by today! As always, more inspiration can be found on the design team blogs whose links are on my sidebar. See you again next Thursday for another Valentine-themed digi release!

  1. Oh my, this is just beyond adorable! I am not a huge fan of squirrels, but when I saw this card on the PCS site I immediately wanted him just so I could put him on that branch and hang the sentiments. Then I saw the watermark on the card :>) Super duper cute with so many great elements from the shaped card to the wood grain. All good!
