Choosing my top ten cards was a lot harder than I imagined! I copied all my favourite cards into a folder and came up with an astounding 63. When I whittled my list down to 29, I couldn’t eliminate anymore. What I did instead was put the ones that I absolutely love into a new folder. It was a lot easier that way and I was able to choose ten very quickly. I was sad to leave the other 19 behind though. Maybe next year’s blog hop should be for a top 20 or 30. 😉

Here are my top ten favourite cards of 2010, from oldest to most recent (clicking on the photos will take you to the original posts):

There are so many different reasons why I chose these ones which range from true clean and simple to scrappy collage and embellished. If you’ve been a long-time follower, you’ll probably recognize them all (or maybe not). If you’re new to my blog, please browse around and let me know which ones are your favourites.

I hope you will add your name to the blog hop HERE and HERE. Don’t forget that there are prizes to be won! I would love to see which ten of your cards are favourites for 2010!!

  1. Oh Em, you know I love all of these! That wedding card, especially, still knocks me out — those overlapping names and all. So lovely.
    Well, they're ALL lovely! Who am I kidding? You're a genius 🙂

  2. Gosh…they are all so beautiful! Angela is right – that wedding card is exquisite and you surely have a style! Of course I love your flipped hostess – I could have picked a few martini projects, but then we would be over the limit! Orange you the best;)

  3. Hello Emily!

These are so lovely! I can imagine it was difficult to choose a top 10 from your own cards! But these are so pretty and some are also my faves, but I would choose a different top 10 from your cards, since I love ones like number 6 with the leaves and how you used them to make a totally new shape! And you have made more cards like those, love them! Gorgeous to see all of these!!! Great work, my dear!
    Wishing you all the best!

    Hugs, Wendy

  4. The ferret card is so heartfelt and considers the recipient which is great. The two girls and the hostess are so sweet. (How do you get your computer to print your digis on heavy card stock? I'm still baffled by that dilemma…) *smile*

  5. Wowzers, What a selection, really beautiful cards, love your CAS style. Thank you so much for joining in the hop, All the best for 2011:)

I loved the turquoise leaves made into a flower were fabulous, the way they popped off the kraft background and that beautiful sentiment, WOW. But then, I loved the subtle background on the Paris card and your clever choice of colours, Told you! loved them all,LOL Hugs:0) xxx
