I used the adorable kids from Light Parade for the necks and the bodies. It was important that I used the necks and coloured them with a flesh colour so it was obvious that the animal masks from Tree Farm looked like they were masks. I coloured the raccoon’s stripes slightly darker than the bunny’s stripes. I positioned them so that the bunny would be looking at the raccoon and I tilted the raccoon’s head slightly because tilted heads equal cuteness. LOL!
Then I used masking paper, three orange distress inks and two grey/black distress inks to sponge in a glowing sunset and sidewalk. To finish, I stamped a sentiment from Got Candy? and adhered the panel to a black notecard.
If you have some time to play along today or tomorrow, I’d love to see what you make! You can link up your Essentials by Ellen creations HERE. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Love it!!!!!!
Snort … super-stinkin'-clever (are those the plastic masks we wore when we were kids that cut our face & made it almost impossible to breathe?).
You are super imaginative!
Only you could think of combining those sets to come up with a great card!
Really cute Emily!
Eek is right – this is so cute and awesome! And of course brilliant.
You are so very clever…putting the two stamp sets together is adorable. Thank you for explaining how and why you assembled this card. The finished product is perfectly cute and Halloweeny.
