{Neat & Tangled} January Release Week: Day 5

Hi, everyone! It’s Day 5 of Neat & Tangled‘s January Release and, today, the design team is featuring the All My Heart stamp set which is part of the You’re So Neat Incentive Program. For your convenience, I’ve reposted the details for this program at the end of this post.

Today’s card uses the smaller scripted ‘thank you’, along with the ‘I can’t’ and ‘enough’ phrases, from All My Heart. I thought it would be funny to create a comic book type of layout featuring the turkey from Turkey Talk and Turkey Talk Dies. After die cutting the windows, and positioning the turkeys, I used a pencil to mark the spaces for stamping the sentiments.

I combined the small phrases from All My Heart with words from Photo Booth to create custom sentiments in each box. I heat embossed them in gold directly on to the card base. In order to pull the oranges and reds into the final box, I heat embossed the small phrases again, this time in coordinating colours on white cardstock, and adhered the strips with Scor-Tape.
