Hi, everyone! I’m back with a project and video that showcases the newly-released Fruitastic Icons which coordinate with the much-loved Fruitastic stamp set. Now you can easily mass-produce fun shaker tags like these, just in time for Valentine’s Day!

I watercoloured all the fruit using Gansai paints. Then I created shaker tags using the Quote Tag and Bam Bubble dies.

I used May Arts ribbon and a combination of Hemptique Neon and Lawn Fawn Lemonade cord to finish off the tags.

I hadn’t originally intended these to be Valentine’s Day gifts for my son’s class but since he likes them so much, I now have to convince myself to make at least 16 more. LOL!

Again, here’s the entire January Release from Paper Smooches:

Giveaway Winners

It’s time to announce the winners for the Season’s Greetings Blog Hop! YES, that’s right. I said winnerS!!! I was delighted to receive so many kind words about my work that I decided to throw in a second prize package. I couldn’t just pick one winner so I picked one from my blog comments and another from my YouTube comments. I can’t thank you all enough for following my work!

Sandra Schroeder is the lucky winner of the original prize package shown below:

I quickly threw together this second prize package, including I Blank You, Ruby Reprise and Black Glitter Rock Candy. The lucky YouTube commenter who has won these three items is Joy Meadows!

Congratulations, ladies! Please contact me with your mailing address so I can ship these to you!

Again, huge thanks to everyone who stopped by for the Season’s Greetings Blog Hop and especially those who stop by often throughout the year. I love and appreciate you all!! I have many exciting posts and giveaways planned for this year so I’ll be seeing you again very soon. 🙂

  6. I've now decided all shaker projects should be made with the Bam Bubble die — it makes it that much more fun! Your watercolouring of the fruits looks terrific, and the tags are perfect. (Seems to me you taught D. how to make a shaker tag… just let him make the other 16. LOL!)

  7. Emily, these tags are SO MUCH FUN! I can hardly stand it. The lemon in my favorite! I was wondering earlier, how I could make a fun shaker card for a 2 year old and you've come to my rescue! Thank You!
