I’m so excited and proud to present the card and video my husband and son made for me. Last weekend, I was shooed out of my studio so they could work on it. Well, what can I say?! This is simply the best Christmas gift ever!!
Long-time followers of my blog already know that my husband makes cards for me on special occasions. I love that he does this (visit his album in my Splitcoast Gallery)! Actually, he knows it’s a must. Heehee. When I suggested that he make one on video this Christmas, he was a bit hesitant. After some time, he decided to brave it, with Damian acting as his creative director.

I love how my husband used Damian’s artwork, as well as the logo from LEGO® Legends of Chima™, as inspiration for his card. He used a Copic multi-liner and stencil to create the snowflake. The penguins and accessories are from Arctic Penguins (+ Creative Cuts) and the sentiment is from Jolly and Merry, both from Mama Elephant.

Oh, gee, Emily. Damian is destined to be a star. His vocabulary and speaking voice is very advanced. Using words like detail, ice flow, and card making words make him an awesome narrator. I love the card but love the video production even more.
