I’m on the Mama Elephant Blog today featuring the Believe In Magic Creative Cuts. Sadly, this is also my last post as a Mama Elephant Design Team Member. I’m scaling down my crafty commitments to do some emotional and physical healing after a miscarriage last month. Perhaps I’ll be back someday. Many, many thanks to Kryssi and Angela for asking me to be a part of this outstanding team. ♥

I used the dome die from Believe In Magic (Creative Cuts) to create a shaker as the main focal point, which also serves as the background for the decorative elements – bear from Carnival Cupcakes (Creative Cuts), car from Carnival Toppers (Creative Cuts) and gift from Cozy Christmas (Creative Cuts).

When I make shaker cards, I have a habit of adding too many sequins so, this time, I kept it sparse by combining a few 6mm with mostly 4mm sparkling clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh. Now, the card has a ton of shake without obstruction or distraction. The striped border stamp that grounds the snow globe, bear, car and gift is from Remember December. I love that it looks like washi tape!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
