Kim is sharing this card on the Paper Smooches Blog today. It features the new Spectrum Icons, coordinating Spectrum stamp set and a sentiment from Seeing Stars. I started the card with a piece of linen cardstock and applied stars using a Heidi Swapp Confetti stencil and yellow embossing paste. (Here’s another card using the same stencil but with a completely different look.)

After the embossing paste dried, I die cut the clouds from vellum and the rainbow from linen cardstock. I coloured the rainbow image with Copic markers and applied Stampendous shaved ice fragments. I attached the clouds to the back of the rainbow and popped it on to the card with foam tape. To finish, I stamped a sentiment from the Seeing Stars stamp set.

I think this is one of my favorite cards ever!! The bright rainbow against all that white and vellum is stunning!! And that yellow embossing paste is gorgeous I thought it was gold at first!! Love!!
