Welcome to the final Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge in November! This week’s challenge is Anything Goes and the design team is featuring Tim Holtz/Ranger products. You don’t need to use Tim Holtz/Ranger products but we’d love to see them if you have them! Everyone has something in their stash from Tim Holtz/Ranger, right? 🙂

My card features the Tree Blueprint stamps and dies, as well as a dozen distress inks. Oh, how I love my distress inks! When my husband – a mechanical design engineer – saw this stamp, he thought it was the coolest thing ever. I die cut the tree from its entire image and hung the ornaments from the different layers. The ornaments were watercolored with distress inks and a water brush, then glittered with a Wink of Stella marker.

I also watercolored the base of the white panel – die cut from the new watercolor distress cardstock – and used an embossing folder on the top two-thirds of the panel to mimic the look of falling snow. To finish, I trimmed a piece of zig zag vellum from the Simple Surface collection and adhered it between the white panel and card base.

One winner will be chosen at random to win a $50 gift voucher to the awesome Simon Says Stamp Store!

It could be you!

I hope you will play along with us this week!

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful Wednesday. 🙂
