Welcome to Day 1 of the Newton’s Nook Designs August Release! Today, the Design Team is featuring Prehistoric Pals. I decided to showcase all the images and sentiments in this set by creating a set of dino tags using this cut file. I shrunk it down from the original size so that it would be perfect for the little dinosaurs.

Since the tags were cut from kraft cardstock, I used Hero Arts Grass chalk ink to stamp a pile of leaves from the Wagon of Wishes stamp set which will be showcased tomorrow.

I stamped, coloured and fussy cut all the dinosaurs before arranging them on the tags with foam tape. I curved some of the sentiments around the dinosaurs to create visual interest. To finish, I tied baker’s twine bows on each tag in coordinating colours.
