Today is my husband’s birthday and we had planned a trip to the islands. Unfortunately, our son got sick last night and has been in bed for most of today with a high fever. I hope he can fight it off since the meds aren’t helping. My husband recently finished restoring an antique glider and my son wanted to get him new wheels for it, hence the idea for my card. If Hero Arts makes a bike stamp, it will be mine! Ha!! I stamped the new Bicycle Background and a sentiment from It’s Your Day directly onto patterned papers from BasicGrey’s Bowties paper pad. I fussy cut tools from one of the patterns, punched circles of two sizes from other sheets, then adhered them to the card as embellishments. I’m happy to report that hubby really loved the card. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by today!

Very cute idea of threading the tools through the tag!
