Welcome to {Day 4} of the Lil’ Inker Designs September Release Blog Hop! You should’ve come from Judith Gowdy‘s blog but, if not, be sure to start at Laura Pryor’s blog for all the details. I don’t ever recall making a door card but when I saw the smallest rectangles from the Stitched Mat Collection: Rectangles, I knew they would make great panels for a door. I trimmed my card to coordinate with the stitched panels and turned it into a holiday card by creating a wreath with previously released holiday die and stamp sets, including Holly Jolly and Jingle Joy. The wreath was made with the small holly leaves and both berries from the Holly Jolly dies. The sentiment is from the coordinating stamp set. The wreath hanger is the letter ‘l’ from the Jingle Joy dies.
Don’t you just LOVE these stitched mats?! I’ve been using them non-stop. They are definitely hard to put down and there are so many ways you can use them. Get yours now by clicking on the graphic below. Hopefully they haven’t sold out yet! 😉
Here are the blogs you’ll want to visit today for a chance to win a stamp set of your choice from the new illustrated releases or one of two $10 store credits!
Please head on over to Sarah Jay‘s blog for more inspiration using Stitched Mats Collection: Rectangles! Be sure to hop again tomorrow starting at Laura Pryor’s blog and I will see you then with both the LID Core Team and Colour Team!
