Welcome to {Day 3} of Take Two with Lisa Arana! It’s mid-week and we are thrilled with your reception of the inspiration we’re providing this week using stamps from Unity Stamp Company and {ippity}. Yesterday, we shared an {ippity} set and today we are sharing another one of our favourites Shine, Shine, Shine. If I had to pick only one talent of Lisa’s (and there are many) that I greatly admire, it would have to be her use of patterned paper. Wouldn’t you agree? So here I’m channelling my inner Lisa. LOL I recently got addicted to buying 6×6 pads of patterned paper and I’m proud of myself for cutting into them pretty much right away instead of just hoarding them to admire! I love that this {ippity} set is full of encouragement. I made the pleated at the top of the card using the Lil’ Inker Designs Fringe Flower die. This card would make a great pick-me-up for any friend who’s feeling down. You have a chance to win Shine, Shine, Shine if you comment all week long on my blog and Lisa’s blog!
Now head on over to Lisa’s blog to see her take on Shine, Shine, Shine!

This is SOOOO cute!!! I too struggle with using paper – and not just admiring it!!! I'm trying to get better though!

I love how you used the 6×6 papers to make a card that feels like the inside of a cute house. The pleats at the top are very well done, and the light bulb is perfect, hanging upside-down like that. It's so creative!
I love this paper – and even with all those patterns it still remains true to your uncluttered striking style. A-may-zing :)Love the fringy panel at the top 🙂
