This is my first official share as part of the Avocado Arts design team! Today, I – along with the other new additions to the Pit Crew: Emily Branch, Kelley Eubanks and Savannah O’Gwynn – am sharing a project using the January 2012 stamp set, Sweet Treat Sweetie. This set is classic, perfect for birthdays and love-themed cards, and will serve as a builder set for upcoming releases!

For my card, I masked the thermometer into the jar, traced the jar with a grey Copic marker, stamped the sentiment in two colours, then stamped three small hearts on the edges. I love how easy it is to use these stamps. I’m still pinching myself that Lisa Hetrick and Michelle Ogdahl asked me to join the Pit Crew! I was a huge fan of Lisa’s when she was an Unity Artista and now I feel so lucky to be designing for her own line of stamps. I think you will become addicted to Avocado Arts as quickly as I have. 😉

Thank you for stopping by today! I hope you have a wonderful and relaxing weekend.
