I was playing with my Unity stamps last night and came up with this simple one-layer card using a previously uninked image and sentiment from Nothing But Blue Skies. I wasn’t a Kit Club member when this kit was released but I bought it when it was on sale. In January, Rachel Bogner started a Neglected Unity Challenge to encourage Unity fans to use up all their stamps which is a great idea! You can find the thread in the Unity forum HERE.

  1. Adorable Card Emily. I just recently inked up this image myself! Thanks for a shout out for my neglected stamp challenge. I only have a week left and many more sentiments in this set!
And in case you have an interest, Martha and I are working on a new challenge blog to clear out your stash. It is called Clear it Out Tuesdays. It can be found here: http://clearitoutchallenge.blogspot.com/

  2. Lovely bright colours! Love this CAS card Emily! Brilliant idea to be encouraged to use our neglected stamps, it's really a shame! I am also personally trying to work through my fair share of unused stamps. I see Rachels' note above, I think I need to go and take a look, except that if it is only for Unity stamps then I will have to skip it as I am very new to Unity.

  3. Emily this is total perfection! I LOVE it! The sentiment is perfect! Love the CAS style of this – it's not really simple to make one layer look this fabulous!

  4. Can this BE more adorable? I think your color sense is out of this world!! It was but a simple stamp, cute sure, but holy buckets, the colors make the image come alive!! amazing!

  5. love the CAS look and the image looks cute 🙂

I also have tons of stuff that is almost always neglected. Thanks for showing the way 😀

  6. Hi Emily,

I really love this card, so pretty coloring from you! And pretty on the just white card, it doesn't need more than this, but I think it's always so difficult to leave it like this, I feel like having to add things, while it's perfect!!!

    Hugs,
    Wendy
