Welcome to Unity’s Hip Hop blog hop! If you didn’t come directly from Christi Snow‘s blog, be sure to start at the Unity Blog because we have an incredible amount of beauty to show you today! All of the design team members are showcasing the releases from the new co-brand Iron Orchid Designs. Are you drooling yet? Is your wallet trying to hide? I know mine is! LOL

My cards use the set Devotion Collection – Love Never Fails. It’s only one of my favourites! I have too many to list but you can see all 13 of the Iron Orchid Designs sets here. I made these four cards as a gift set and they can be given away individually by the recipient for practically any occasion. They were so easy to make because these stamps are so beautiful that they don’t require much colouring or embellishment to stand out! I created a background with the large phrase “Love never fails” in watermark ink on kraft cardstock. Then I stamped the butterfly panel with the “Love is patient” verse in black ink on ivory cardstock. I ‘painted’ the butterflies with Black Diamond Stickles, attached felt scallops to the tops and bottoms of each panel and popped them on to the card base with dimensionals. That’s it!

The fabulous prizes for today’s Hip Hop are as follows:

  • “Get Scrappy With” Material Girl and the matching Cosmo Cricket Mini Deck
  • Material Girl and the matching Cosmo Cricket Mini Deck
