For those of you who saw the strange and incomplete post earlier, here’s why. I wasn’t too pleased to find out that my son had published this post and turned off the computer without my knowledge! LOL He has insanely busy hands and loves to click away at the keyboard and play with the power button. Sigh. That’s why I can’t do any kind of crafting or blogging unless he’s napping or asleep at night!
Only one more week and I’ll be passing off my Amber Ink Torch to another talented crafter! The past three weeks have certainly gone by quickly. I’m officially in my last week designing for Amber Ink and it’s been so much fun getting to know Amber and Pam, as well as past and present Torchbearers! This card features Let’s Communicate, available in both digi and clear stamp formats. I had some of the Amber Ink iPapers printed for Halloween and completely forgot to use them so I was desperate to find a way to use them in a post-Halloween manner. Avoiding the spiders, I punched out a bunch of circles to create a fresh and funky grid pattern. It puts the lovely lady in the spotlight, doesn’t it? 😉 To finish, I added a few rhinestones to some of the circles. I love randomness and that was enough to complete the card!
Today’s the last day to enter Amber Ink’s INKcredible Challenge #3 where you could win to design your very own stamp set with Amber! Lynne Phelps won the first challenge and co-designed the set showcased in today’s card. Wendy Price, two Torchbearers before me, won Challenge #2 and you can see her set in the works here. We’re hoping you can find some time to play along!

Hey Emily!
I would love to see what you made but its not showing up?
Oh my gosh, my son must've posted it before I even finished writing my post. LOL
Awww…Emily we are SOOO gonna miss you but we are all just a click away – the beauty of the internet!
Your son seems to already have a handle on the click thingie! He is such a cutie! That is SO funny that he published your post – no worries tho, his precociousness will keep you safe in your old age 😉
Oh how FUN! LOVE the retro feel! The circles look cool!
Time to teach that kiddo to knit or something — keep his little hands busy!
Cutie card — love the grid o' circles! And those jeans look just like jeans! Nice coloring (as always).
LOL, I thought I had it bad with a cat who knows where the power button on the laptop is! Time to get your guy his own blog space, I guess. 😛 This is a fun card; I really like the circle grid layer with its bling!
Life is always wonderfully unpredictable with a tot! I like the way you used the circles in a grid.
This is wonderful! I LOVE the way you used those black circles!
Thanks so much for your sweet comment on my "Always Be" page!
Love the circles and the gorgeous image!!
Your son's growing up 😉 Mine just dropped by to 'check' what I was up to 😀
Hugs,
Smita
