Hi, friends! We got more than two feet of snow yesterday and the snowbanks are almost as tall as I am. I don’t remember having this much snow since I was a little girl. It’s so pretty to look at and play in but a pain to shovel and commute in. In my whole life, we’ve never had a snow day in the big city!
Today’s card features Love is in the Air and I created masks for the airplane and hot air balloon before stamping them with black Archival ink. I left the masks in place after stamping and used a cloud stencil to sponge the pretty pink clouds with worn lipstick distress ink.
Then I used distress inks to colour in the images and finished by adhering clear drops with liquid glue and a jewel picker.
