I created a tall 3.25″ x 6.5″ card to show movement via ombre colours, starting with the lightest shades at the top and darkest colours at the bottom. The dressed up pug is so adorable, isn’t he? I just love the tiny little sweater and antlers with crystal star sequins!
In addition to the change in colours, I also positioned the gifts so that they would appear to be changing and ‘moving’ as the eyes travel down the card, as if that little pug is telling a story via the sentiment. The contrast between the smooth images against the linen card base is a nice contrast and adds more visual interest to this clean and simple design.
