I’m back with my second post as a guest designer for the Lawnscaping Challenge this month! Challenge No. 104 is a sketch challenge. Just create a project based on the sketch above! Easy peasy, right? 🙂 This challenge is sponsored by Lawn Fawn and you could win a free stamp set of your choice!

I rotated the sketch 90 degrees to the right and used the various elements to create this adorable little scene using Let’s Play (coordinating Let’s Play Lawn Cuts) and the Goodie Bag Die. The handle is the largest rectangle, the tree is the circle, the butterfly is the star and the squirrel and puppy are the smaller rectangles.

As soon as my son saw the bag, he asked if he could have it. I was not the least bit surprised since he loves squirrels as much as I love pandas! Heehee. The Goodie Bag Die is so cute that I’m tempted to make a bunch of these for my son to give to his classmates at the end of the school year.

I used Snow Drifts Dies to create the hills. The patterned paper with watercoloured tulips from the Love Notes 6×6 paper pad matches the cute little butterfly. I made my own little banner for the sentiment and tied it to the bag with black hemp cord.

I hope you’ll play along!
