Welcome to the inaugural release of Newton’s Nook Designs! I’m so excited to be here and I hope you are, too. We have lots of cute stamps and projects to share with you this week. There are also prizes to be won so please refer to the details below and have fun hopping!
Today, the Design Team and Guests are featuring Newton’s Antics. I used the pair of napping kitties on my card with a couple of their toys. They are paper pieced using patterned paper from BasicGrey’s Hey You 6 x 6 paper pad.
I used scissors and a knife to create the overlay on the light coloured kitty, allowing the negative papers from the base layer to show through. On the other kitty, I used a glue pen and tweezers to apply the small pieces to the base.
To create the focal point for my card, I used the Scallop Frame Dies and Flag Tag Dies from Paper Smooches as well as the Tiny Attacher. All of my supplies are listed below.
Would you like to win Newton’s Antics?
This set will be given away to two lucky winners!
